That it's been over a month since I made my last post here. I've been busy as usual with normal issues here in my homestead and not so normal stuff that was going on back home in the Philippines.
Nevertheless, life is good. Everyone back home are safe and my parents' over 48 something years old house withstand the horrific chain of storms that occurs in the past six weeks or so with minor roofing that needs to be replace. That house was the only home I knew growing up and it brings a lot of my childhood memories. That house is still standing strong. In that very same house were our entire family along with few neighbors and friends was sheltered and endure the deadly Mt. Pinatubo eruption in 1991, the lightning and thunder and the non stop pouring of sulpuric ashes covered that roof and the entire nation even reached the other parts of the asian country. Oh! my goodness.... it gives me chills... I've experienced the worst ground shaking earthquake ever in my life and my fears are beyond imaginable. I thought that I will never see the light of the day.
Enough about the BAD and let me tell you something about the GOOD.
Tomorrow is the BIG day.... it's the City's Championship game day my son's football team which is the Colts will be playing against the Longhorns. I need to get my noise makers ready so as my camcorder and I will be cheering my *!s off. :) I will do my best to post some pix.
Have a great weekend y'all and be safe. Remember..... Life is GOOD.
